  Job Responsibilities

Have ability to single handedly define, design, deliver, drive, deploy, document e-learning sessions and classroom workshops – 6Ds of Learning.  Must have excellent communication skills. Must have experience in Behavioral Trainings.  Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs State instructional end goals and create content that matches them Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, cases, quizzes games etc) – 20% theory and 80% application Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments Handle back end integrations, automation of triggers, upload/download content  Maintain project documentation and course folders

Requirement and Skills 

Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel Its a work from office Job so candidate should be comfortable for the same.  Analytical skills – be able to make/read/process/analyse data and reports  Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Aesthetic sense in designing PowerPoint presentations – use of format, pictures, slide Lesson and curriculum planning skills Extremely well versed with technology to handle LMS/HRIS Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
