Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Present and explain products or services to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Track, maintain, and update sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers over phone/email.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
