Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.Ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services, managing the IT support team to resolve issues promptly and effectively.Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization’s IT systems and data from potential threats.Continuously assess and optimize IT operations to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Manage relationships with external IT service providers and vendors, ensuring the best value for services rendered.Ensure all IT processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation.Lead and manage the IT operations team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and technical issues that may impact business operations.Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize disruption in case of IT failures.Leverage your 8 years of technical recruitment experience to ensure that IT operations are aligned with the organization's talent acquisition strategy, facilitating the hiring of skilled IT professionals.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in IT operations management.At least 8 years of technical recruitment experience.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and service management.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud-based systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools.Knowledge of industry best practices in IT operations and security.
Salary:Up to 55,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
