We’re looking for a Contenk Marketer  who can help use create high quality content that will be used for our public facing content — anywhere from social media posts to blogs to ads to change logs.


Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the creation of content for product changelogs, product launches, help center articles, and marketing site pages
  • Create and manage the creation of event and sales support materials
  • Coordinate with founders on content and schedule for social media posts
  • Create customer case studies
  • Coordinate customer testimonials and reviews
  • KPIs : impressions, number of articles or posts per week, number of tickets diverted by help center articles, reviews per week, case studies per week


Need to have

  • 3 years of experience working in a growth or marketing role at a fast paced startup
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of SaaS buyers and product development
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and frequently changing circumstances
  • High degree of independence and ownership


Nice to have

  • Experience working at a customer support software startup
  • Experience managing copywriters and marketing designers


About the interview

Two interviews (1st: we’ll discuss your background, experience, and why you think you’re a good fit for the role; 2nd: we’ll ask you questions about your take-home assignment) and a take-home assignment.
