We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter with 0–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. In this hybrid role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates across various domains. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
