The Team:
The Legal Strategy & Operations Team at S&P Global Commodity Insights is a collaborative and innovative group focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations. Responsibilities and Impact:
Manage legal systems such as Ironclad CLM, DocuSign eSignature, Appian, Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, AI tools etc.
Assisting with the knowledge management repository, including filing and document storage.
Provide operations support to a global cross-functional user community, respond to incoming service requests in a timely manner.
Perform project and program management as needed to drive implementation.
Document all actions performed to resolve issues, keep knowledge base of known issues, and develop solutions.
Manage legal team meeting schedules, agenda and minutes.
Provide training as needed to SPGCI's Legal and Business teams on the CLM and other technology and AI tools.
Assisting the legal team in designing PowerPoint presentation decks.
Managing and monitoring legal team general mailboxes and other matters as assigned by the Head of Legal, Strategy & Operations
What We're Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant technical work experience.
Keen understanding of contract life cycle management tools such as Ironclad CLM, and other information management tools such as DocuSign eSignature, Appian, and Salesforce.
Good technical skills and is highly proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams and AI tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong team player who works well with others but is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and business relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrates a proactive, go-getter attitude with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment.
