Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee our Surveillance and Safe City projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of surveillance systems and smart city technologies.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and overall customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end surveillance and safe city projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and government authorities to ensure timely and quality project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, client meetings, and generate status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards throughout the project.
  • Manage escalations and provide effective solutions to project-related challenges.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred , Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  2. 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in surveillance, security systems, or smart city infrastructure.
  3. Proven expertise in handling clients, especially government stakeholders and public sector undertakings.
  4. Strong understanding of CCTV, command & control centers, networking, and integrated security solutions.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
