Data Collection and Management

– Systematically collect, clean, and manage procurement-related data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and readiness for analysis.Data Analysis and Insights

– Analyse procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Provide actionable insights to drive cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and strategic procurement decisions.Reporting and Visualization

– Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics, findings, and insights to the procurement team and other stakeholders.Supplier Performance Monitoring

– Monitor and report on supplier performance against defined KPIs to ensure contract compliance, identify risks, and assess opportunities.Market Research and Benchmarking

– Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing dynamics, and best practices.Benchmark against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.Cost Analysis and Savings Identification

– Perform detailed cost analysis to identify areas for savings and efficiency gains. Work with procurement and finance teams to quantify savings opportunities and track realized savings.Procurement Strategy Support

– Use data-driven insights to support the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.Assist in scenario analysis and modelling to forecast the impact of strategic decisions.

Must have skills:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, IT or a related field.5+ years of relevant work experience in a data analysis role within the function of Procurement or Supply Chain.Basic cost modeling experienceAdvanced analytical skills, expert level proficiency with analytics and visualization tools.Strong project management & strategic thinking skills.Organizational skills allowing multiple projects to be managed simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and related business data warehouses.Knowledge in source to pay process.Capability to think strategically and align data analysis with broader procurement and business strategies.
