Today, MProfit is a leader in the wealth-tech ecosystem, with customers in 300+ cities collectively tracking over 1.5 lakh portfolios. We are rapidly expanding our dynamic team and plan to launch promising new products, features, and verticals shortly.
Position Overview:We are looking for a Data Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team who will manage & drive the seamless onboarding of client data to our platform and provide a high-quality customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:Serve as customers' primary point of contact during the data onboarding process, providing exceptional customer service and support.Successfully manage the data onboarding process for customers who have purchased our products and need assistance connecting with relevant data sources during their onboarding journey.Showcase the functionality and features of MProfit's platform to new customers, emphasizing data handling capabilities.Adhere to the company client onboarding process and SLAs, collect customer feedback, and communicate relevant feedback to the team.Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features, enhancements, and industry trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the data onboarding process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Assist clients in effectively utilizing the MProfit platform for data management, encouraging optimal use and adoption.
Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Technology, or a related discipline, will be desirable.Excellent MS Excel basic and Advanced skills are a mandate.Previous experience as a Data Onboarding Intern or a similar role in a SaaS company. (would be a plus)Knowledge of financial products, services and industry regulations. (would be a plus)Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data effectively.A strong understanding of mathematical concepts is required.A basic understanding of accounting principles would be preferred.Familiarity with data aggregation processes and the ability to handle data from various financial institutions.Strong convincing skills to guide customers through the onboarding process and address any concerns or objections.A strong understanding of financial technology and SaaS platforms will be preferred.
