We are looking for Technical Lead to join our OPTIC development team.

As a Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions.

- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, architecting scalable and maintainable systems, hands-on coding, crafting robust unit tests, conducting thorough code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

- The Technical Project Lead will be instrumental in supervising the delivery of PAS solutions, ensuring that all projects not only meet the highest quality standards but are also delivered punctually, within scope, and budget.

- This pivotal role requires a mix of project management prowess, profound technical knowledge, and superior client management skills.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Engineer with expertise in . NET development.

- Strong understanding of micro-service architecture principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in .NET platform tools and technologies, including C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, MVC, Web API, and .Net LINQ.

- Hands-on experience with client-side web development frameworks such as React, along with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Material UI.

- Experience with responsive single-page application (SPA) development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proven leadership abilities, including the capability to mentor and guide junior team members.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
