Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Python and Machine Learning Lead to join our team. As a Python and Machine Learning Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms, as well as designing and maintaining Python-based applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, analyze data, lead a team of Python developers on ML and AI(LLM), and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python and related libraries (such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch).
- Design, build, and maintain Python-based applications for data processing, analysis, and visualization.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Explore and experiment with different machine-learning techniques to optimize model performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and apply them to enhance existing systems.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate machine learning components into production systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Document code, processes, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable solutions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms using Python on Azure Stack.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Strong expertise in Azure ML Studio, Azure DevOps, and Databricks for ML model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of statistics and probability theory.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with version control systems (such as Git) and agile development methodologies is a plus.
