Machine Learning Engineer Job Description:

Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Machine Learning Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our forward-thinking team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms and substantial experience in deploying production-grade models. With a focus on deploying production-grade models and integrating the latest Generative AI technologies, you will significantly influence the evolution of our AI-driven applications.

This role demands a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and

hands-on experience with modern NLP and recommendation systems.

You will play a pivotal role in advancing our AI-powered solutions, ensuring they are both innovative and aligned with the latest industry standards.This role is centered on enhancing our Generative AI capabilities, particularly in applications involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, and Vector Databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development & Deployment:

Architect and refine machine learning models using top frameworks like Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Focus on application areas including NLP and recommendation systems.•

Innovation with Generative AI Tools:

Leverage cutting-edge tools such as LangChain and Llama Index to elevate AI features within applications, ensuring they are at the forefront of industry advancements.•

Community Engagement & Continuous Learning:

Actively participate in prominent AI communities like Hugging Face and Kaggle. Utilize insights gained to drive innovation within the team. Keep abreast of the latest industry and academic research to integrate innovative technologies that enhance or replace existing solutions and products.•

Documentation, Collaboration & Best Practices:

Create and maintain detailed documentation of all projects, adhering to the highest industry standards, to ensure clarity and reproducibility. Collaborate closely with Sr Members, Product Managers and customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective ML solutions that address real-world problems.•

Technological Proficiency:

Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies, including GPT, Mistral, and Llama. Understand their capabilities thoroughly to integrate these into existing projects effectively.

Minimum Qualifications•

Professional Experience:3-5 years of relevant experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, demonstrating a track record of technical proficiency and innovation.Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with common machine learning tools (e.g., Spark, PyTorch).•

Technical Skills : Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, with extensive experience in NLP techniques like TF-IDF, word2vec, and embedding models.Framework Proficiency:

Expertise in Python, along with comprehensive knowledge of major ML libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Apply state-of-the-art Generative AI techniques, including work with LLMs like LangChain and the Llama Index, to enhance AI features within applications.Community Participation:

Demonstrated involvement in AI forums and platforms, with a knack for harnessing community knowledge in practical applications.

Desirable Skills•

LLM Customization:

Experience with fine-tuning custom Large Language Models.•

Communication:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.•

Innovative Mindset:

Enthusiasm for the latest AI developments and technologies, combined with a proactive approach to applying these innovations in real-world scenarios.•

Experience with Databricks or similar platforms is considered a plus.
