  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and
  • growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support
  • sales objectives.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely
  • manner.
  • Become a product expert of RepuGen (.repugen) and our outbound calling
  • process to provide indepth product training to the sales team.
  • Identify and hire talented salespeople to assist with telemarketing. Develop and
  • implement onboarding programs to quickly integrate new hires.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor& degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager preferably in outbound sales or telemarketing
  • with US clients.
  • Selling experience of technology products in the US market is highly preferable and
  • the experience of selling to our target audience (medical practices) will be golden.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work night shifts as per the US PST time zone.
