Role Description:

This is a full-time onsite position for a System Support Engineer at CNI Consultants. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing technical support to remote clients, working with clients to determine their technology needs, assisting with software and hardware installation and configuration, and aiding in the maintenance of clients' systems. In addition, they will help develop support documentation, resolve technical issues, and provide remote technical training to clients.

Immediate Joiner Required: We are seeking candidates who can join our team immediately to fill the positions.

Salary Offered: The annual salary for this position is up to ₹3,00,000 (3 Lakhs in hand) per annum.

L2 Level Position: This role is at the L2 level, suitable for candidates with experience in the field.

Shift Timings: Between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM IST (e.g., 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST).

(9-hour shift, including a 1-hour break divided into two 30-minute intervals).


Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Proven experience as a Remote Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Maintaining and optimizing on-premises Windows Server environment, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Azure services like VMs, storage, networking, and security solutions.
  • Automating routine tasks and scripts to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Implementing and enforcing security best practices across the entire infrastructure.
  • Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity and performance issues.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to internal users on Microsoft products and services.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
  • Contributing to infrastructure improvement initiatives and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical support to call center agents regarding their devices and software applications.
  • Manage and maintain call center hardware and software, including workstations, headsets, phones, and VPN connections.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to call center devices and applications.
  • Implement and configure call center technology solutions according to best practices.
  • Proactively monitor call center systems for potential issues and take corrective action.
  • Update and maintain call center device documentation and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new call center technologies.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise/Qualification:

  • Solid understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting principles.
  • Experience with firewalls, network security, VPNs, and backup applications.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools and IT service management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+)
  • Experience working with specific call center software or hardware platforms.
