Provide comprehensive and constructive feedback on students' portfolios for conservatoire and other performance programmes, focusing on content, delivery and techniques. Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, offering strategic advice to enhance their portfolios and chances for admission Stay informed about current trends and expectations at top performance programmes in the US and UK to provide relevant guidance. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in handling students' personal information and application materials. Participate in Crimson Education’s training to stay aligned with our goals, methodologies and technology development What skills and experience are required? A minimum of an Arts performance or other relevant degree (e.g. Music, Dance, Theatre), including personal experience with portfolio construction Experience in Arts performance admissions, particularly with assessing applicant portfolios. In-depth understanding of the admissions processes and expectations for performance programmes and expectations . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire students while providing rigorous and insightful feedback. Proven track record of helping students succeed in competitive admissions settings Ability to create a supportive and encouraging environment while maintaining high standards of critique. Organisational skills to manage multiple arts portfolio reviews efficiently. Why work for Crimson?
