About the Role : We are seeking highly motivated and talented Software/AI Research Engineers to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge AI research and model training. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on the evaluation, refinement, and enhancement of advanced AI models, with a focus on code generation and response quality. You will leverage advanced AI prompting techniques, analyze model outputs, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance. This is a remote position, offering flexible part-time or full-time engagements. Responsibilities : - Evaluate AI-generated code and responses for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. - Refine and improve AI model outputs through iterative testing and feedback. - Identify and document model limitations and areas for improvement. - Apply and experiment with advanced prompting techniques to elicit desired responses from large language models (LLMs). - Develop and optimize prompts for code generation, problem-solving, and other AI tasks. - Document and share effective prompting strategies with the team. - Analyze and critique AI model outputs, providing detailed and constructive feedback. - Develop structured feedback mechanisms to capture and communicate model performance insights. - Identify patterns and trends in model behavior to guide future development. - Collaborate with a global team of AI researchers and engineers. - Participate in regular meetings and discussions to share findings and insights. - Communicate technical concepts and research findings clearly and effectively. - Contribute to the continuous advancement of AI research and development. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. - Participate in research initiatives and contribute to publications and presentations. Who We're Looking For : Education : - Master's of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college in India (i.e., IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS). Experience : - Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working in a Tier-1 or Tier-2 SaaS/PaaS company. Technical Skills : - Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages : Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++. - Proficiency in software development principles and practices. - Familiarity with version control systems (Git). - Understanding of AI model evaluation metrics and methodologies. - Familiarity with large language model (LLM) prompting techniques and fine-tuning methodologies. - Experience with AI model training and development is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to critically assess AI-generated content, especially code-related outputs. - Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and thorough feedback. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
