Role Description
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst supporting the Customer Success team at ConverzAI. This is a critical role in the Go-to-market team. In this role you will analyze customer data to help customers evaluate ROI of their investments and drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand customer goals and develop strategies to ensure successful product adoption.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product to help customers get most value out of their investments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer success.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing data-driven insights.
- Utilize data driven insights to provide recommendations for enhancing candidate experience.
- Provide detailed reports on customer interactions and satisfaction.
- Help in creating and updating training materials based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, AND 5+ years experience in customer success and/or business analyst roles
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in developing and managing client portfolios is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
