How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

Develop work instruction / standard operating procedure for new product / process / method, using MS word / MS Excel / specific software. Modify work instruction / standard operating procedure for based on product design or process changes. Must ensure all correctness of work instruction / standard operating procedure with respect to material (BOM quantities) / tools & fixtures. Works in close co-ordination with process engineer / operation supervisor and works coordinator to ensure establishment of work priorities / schedules. Should possess good knowledge and learning over product and production processes. Under supervision should conduct line balancing / method & motion study Research & trials for new software / drawing tools in order to ease understand of instruction to operators. Will be required to participate in activities that require frequent time spent on the manufacturing floor.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Mechanical/Electrical/ETC – BE / B-Tech. 2 + years of work experience in a medium volume /mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment with an emphasis on manufacturing processes.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

Preferred proficiency in SAP, reading writing ECR / Drawing / BOM /material transactions, etc. Must have excellent MS office skills. Must have excellent communication/leadership skills. Preferred having lean background to understand / conduct line balancing / method & motion study.
