and Customization:

- Lead and contribute to the successful implementation of Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic systems.

- Customize and configure Epicor modules to align with business requirements.

Technical Support:

- Provide technical support for Epicor ERP users, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.

- Collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.

Integration:

- Design and implement integrations between Epicor ERP and other business systems.

- Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated platforms.

Upgrade and Migration:

- Lead and participate in Epicor ERP version upgrades and migrations.

- Develop and execute strategies for seamless transitions to new system versions.

Documentation:

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Epicor ERP configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Train end-users and support staff on system functionalities and best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay informed about the latest updates and advancements in Epicor ERP technology.

- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant.

- In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic systems and modules.

- Epicor certification (preferred).

- Strong understanding of Epicor customization tools and technologies.

- Proven experience in system implementation, upgrades, and migrations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
