Role & Responsibilities :

- Technical Expertise : Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP to architect, develop, and implement complex solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

- Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing technical guidance, training, and support.

- Client Collaboration : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Epicor solutions.

- Customization : Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations within the Epicor framework.

- Documentation : Prepare comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and configurations.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality and reliability of all technical deliverables, conducting testing and validation as needed.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.

Ideal Candidate :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

- Expertise in Epicor ERP software, including customization, configurations, and integrations.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and .NET.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients.

- Epicor certification (preferred).
