We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong background in developing complex, custom solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust applications that streamline our business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive digital transformation. This role requires deep technical expertise in creating custom PCF components, developing custom Dataverse plugins, building secure Power Pages sites, and architecting seamless SharePoint integrations. The work Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. Custom Component Creation: Build and implement custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) components using TypeScript to extend the functionality of model-driven and canvas apps. Dataverse & Plugin Development: Develop custom plugins, workflows, and business rules within Dataverse to enforce complex business logic and automate server-side processes. Portal & Website Development: Create, configure, and manage external-facing websites and portals using Power Pages, ensuring a secure and user-friendly experience. Integration: Architect and implement robust integrations between the Power Platform and other systems, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, as well as other data sources like SQL Server, and custom APIs. Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, establish best practices, and lead code review sessions to ensure high-quality solutions. Lifecycle Management: Manage the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance using ALM best practices. Required skills Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years focused on the Microsoft Power Platform. Power Apps: Proven expertise in developing complex Canvas and Model-Driven Apps. PCF Components: Demonstrable experience creating and deploying custom PCF controls using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Dataverse Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Dataverse data model, security framework, and experience developing custom server-side plugins and workflows using C# and the .NET framework. Power Pages: Strong experience in designing, developing, and securing customer-facing portals with Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals). SharePoint Integration: Advanced proficiency in integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, including working with lists, libraries, permissions, and search. Power Automate: Skill in creating complex automated workflows, including cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA). Programming Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML5, and CSS3.
