Job Title: Power Platform / Power Apps Developer Role Summary As a Power Platform / Power Apps Developer with 4–5 years of experience, you will design, develop, and maintain business applications and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform . Your work will enable organizations to streamline processes, automate workflows, and deliver impactful insights , supporting data-driven decision-making across business functions. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven apps) and Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. Build and maintain custom connectors, Power BI dashboards, and reports integrated with Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices in app development. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable , following Microsoft Power Platform governance guidelines. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs . Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment across environments. Contribute to documentation, solution architecture, and training materials for end users. Required Skills & Experience 4–5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong proficiency in Canvas and Model-Driven Apps , including custom forms, business rules, and automation workflows. Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and integration with Dynamics 365 / Microsoft 365 services . Familiarity with Power Platform administration, security roles, and governance practices . Knowledge of API integration, custom connectors, and Azure services is a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience with AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and advanced automation capabilities. Exposure to solution architecture, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform. Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, or C# for extending Power Apps functionality. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance standards .
