About Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales Excellence to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM software, training the sales team and distributors, driving product pricing decisions, conducting lead generation activities, and preparing accurate sales forecasts. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing our sales processes and ensuring the success of our sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Forecasting and Reviews:

  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team reviews with sales members to assess performance, address challenges, and set goals.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to prepare accurate and actionable sales forecasts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.


Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in sales operations, lead generation, and CRM utilization.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales excellence initiatives.


CRM Software Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the CRM software.
  • Ensure CRM systems are utilized effectively to support sales operations and customer relationship management.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM-related issues, working with IT and software vendors as needed.


Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team and distributors on CRM usage, sales strategies, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement.


Lead Generation:

  • Design and implement lead generation strategies to drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation activities to ensure alignment with sales goals and optimize performance.
  • Utilize CRM data to track and manage leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.


Product Pricing Decisions:

  • Collaborate with the pricing team and other relevant departments to set and adjust product pricing.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and sales data to recommend pricing strategies.
  • Monitor pricing effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to optimize profitability and market positioning.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with Bachelors in Engineering.
  • Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, CRM management, and training, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and its functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of product pricing strategies, lead generation techniques, and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
