Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for managing PR and communication activities for the organization. This includes developing content and creative materials for print and digital platforms, assisting CSR team and enhancing the organizations online presence through website and social media management. The incumbent will ensure that all communications align with the organizations goals and effectively convey its mission and values.
Creative Strategy Development:
Develop and execute creative PR campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative strategies with overall brand objectives.
Content Creation and Management:
Create compelling content for various media platforms, including press releases, blog posts, social media, and multimedia projects.
Oversee the production of visual content such as videos, graphics, and photography.
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement social media campaigns that engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Monitor social media channels for trends and public sentiment, responding as necessary.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Organize and manage events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach activities.
Coordinate logistics, from venue selection to promotional materials.
Brand Development:
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms and materials.
- Contribute to the development of brand stories and narratives that resonate with the target audience.
Key Skills:
- Coordination Skills: Ability to organize events, campaigns, and collaborations effectively, ensuring all elements work seamlessly together.
- Networking Skills: Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships within the media and industry.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Experience in multimedia production (video editing, graphic design) is a plus.
Educational Background
- A masters degree in Public Relations, Communications or Media Studies
- Experience in creative media or digital marketing can be beneficial.
