The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice coaching and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.ResponsibilitiesConduct voice coaching sessions for employees servicing US and/or UK audiencesFacilitate instructor-led training programsDesign, plan, and implement effective training curriculumsOrganize and execute training workshops and classesProvide constructive criticism and coaching to participantsAssess individual performance and develop improvement plansMaintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their training needsRequirements4-7 years of experience in voice coaching, specifically for employees servicing US and/or UK audiencesProven experience in facilitating instructor-led training programsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenStrong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute training workshops and classesDemonstrated ability to design and implement effective training curriculumsSkilled in providing constructive feedback and coaching to participantsExperience in building and maintaining client relationshipsProficiency in assessing individual performance and creating improvement plansQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)Relevant certifications in training or communication (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) are a plusFamiliarity with various training methodologies and adult learning principlesProficiency in using training-related software and toolsKey Competencies:Strong presentation and public speaking skillsAdaptability and flexibility in training approachExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsCreativity in developing engaging training materialsAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsTime management and ability to handle multiple projects
