It supports fundraising opportunities and provides key insights into specific areas of the business, also responsible for closing the books , maintaining general ledger and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The controller is also accountable for financial accuracy and internal controls. teams turn raw financial data into strategic insight. They handle forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. These roles are essential for organizations that want to stay ahead of market trends and make proactive decisions.
