Job Description Company: QBrainX ( ) CTC (Yearly): Upto ₹450,000 Minimum Experience: 2 Work Arrangement: Work from Office Office Location: Tidel Park, Coimbatore Key Responsibilities: · Maintain accurate books of accounts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable). · Manage end-to-end vendor billing, employee reimbursements, and customer invoicing and payment follow-up. · Review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements from a financial perspective. · Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for financial operations. · Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management. · Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts. · Prepare and manage audit schedules, supporting documents, and liaison with statutory/internal auditors. · Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax filings are done on time. · Maintain compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements. · Process monthly payroll in coordination with HR Team. · Assist management in cash flow projections and working capital planning. Requirements · Master’s or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent degree. · 2–3 years of strong experience in accounts, finance, and compliance. · Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxes, and Corporate Finance. · Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot), ERP (Tally/SAP/QuickBooks/Zoho Books) · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. · Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
