Purpose of the role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with an MBA and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), benefits administration, learning and development (L&D), compliance, compensation, and overall HR strategy. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals, enhancing employee experience, and supporting a dynamic workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations:

- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR records.- Oversee HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

' 2.HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing HR guidance on various matters, including workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.- Work closely with department heads to understand business needs and support the development of high-performing teams.

' 3. Compensation & Benefits:

- Develop and manage competitive compensation packages, including base pay, bonuses, and benefits.- Lead the annual salary review and performance-based bonus processes.- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.

' 4. Learning & Development (L&D):

- Identify and address learning needs by developing training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.- Collaborate with management to develop career paths and succession plans.

' 5. Employee Relations & Compliance:

- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace conflicts.- Oversee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.- Regularly update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed to maintain legal compliance and best practices.

'6. Talent Acquisition & Retention:

- Support the recruitment team in identifying talent needs and guiding the hiring process.- Develop and implement retention strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

' 7. HR Strategy & Reporting:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.- Create HR reports and metrics to monitor effectiveness, employee engagement, turnover rates, and more.- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics to guide strategic decisions

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field.- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR management, HR operations, HRBP, and various HR functions.

- Skills:- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee benefits.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
