  • Coordinate with the functional team convert functional inputs totechnical specs and be able to perform technical activitiesindependently.
  • Communicate with business usersat client location.
  • Coordinate with onsiteproject lead for technical development.
  • Min of710 Years of Experience in Core HR Payroll SSHR as TechnoFunctional.
  • Should have good experience inwriting Fast Formula s.
  • Good Experience onOracle Forms & Reports XML / BIPublisher
  • Reporting Tools Interfaces (outbound/Inbound) and Workflow.
  • Good Experience inconfiguring AME for Leave approvals etc.
  • Expected to have very good Functional & Technicalexperience in Oracle Core HR SSHR Payroll Absence Time& Labour Talent Management Benefits andCompensation.
  • Should have worked in 2 or moreOracle HRMS Implementation or Supportprojects.
  • Should have experience inImplementing & Supporting Oracle HCM modules Core HRSSHR Payroll Absence Talent Management Compensation andBenefits.
  • Should have exp. in client facingrole and must have worked on Req. Gathering Product Workshop&DemoCRP UAT etc.
  • Should haveexcellent communication Project/stakeholder/team management skillsand experience.
  • Should have excellentDocumentation Presentation Customer handling problem solving andsolution.
