Job Description :


"HRMS Techno Functional"

  • Functional Expertise and hands on implementation experience and data migrations with following modules minimum of 8+ Years
  • Act as a subject matter expert in their HCM process domain
  • Responsible in ensuring processes are compliant with company policies, procedures and audit/legal requirements
  • Support the line manager in identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements in processes, systems and procedures
  • Ensure service is delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in accordance with SLAs
  • Measure performance metrics and report performance indicators to line manager
  • Lead, motivate and develop team to ensure staff performance
  • Achieve department/project targets
  • Maintain process documentation, communicate updates and deliver training Job Requirements:
  • In depth knowledge of HCM operational business practices
  • Experience in implementing and supporting long term / complex project on Oracle Applications
  • Knowledge in integrating EBS with other business applications
  • Proven record of working with Customizations and Interfaces."EBS HRMS Payroll Techno Functional Consultant (equally good in both Functional & Technical skills)
  • 8+ Years of exp.
  • EBS HRMS Techno Functional consultant with functional expertise in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll modules
