Role Summary:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for product planning, execution, and delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to different aspects of product management, business development, and partnerships.
Responsibilities :
Assist in developing short and long-term product roadmaps, working with other PMs, designing, business, and technology teams.
Understand business goals, product requirements, and work with SDEs and QAs to ensure continuous product releases.
Create and manage documents like PRDs, release notes, user guides, product specifications, and FAQs.
Communicate extensively internally and externally with MyGate partners with the ability to break down any conversation into clear next steps.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, management, business, etc
0-1 years of experience in a product-based company, in roles like Product Associate, Data Analyst, or APM.
Data understanding : Knowledge of SQL and excel. Basic stats and data visualization.
Problem Solving : Ability to come up with multiple solutions and analyse trade-offs
Communication : Good written and oral communication skills.
Written skills are a must. Ability to jot down MOM's, write PRD's, Release notes and communicate aggressively with different teams over emails/confluence or other platforms.
High energy : Curiosity/ willingness to learn/ do more
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Excel, SQL, Figma, etc.
