Role: Product Marketer - Analyst Relations
Job Location: Chennai
What You Will Do In This Role
Analyst Briefing and Engagement: Identify and establish relationships with relevant industry analysts. Plan and own regular analyst communications. Develop and maintain a calendar of analyst research reports. Organize, schedule, and execute analyst interactions (with Analyst firms like Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Omdia, KuppingerCole, ISG) - while closely collaborating with the product management and marketing teams. Communicate company strategy, news, client stories, key wins, thought leadership and points of view to the analysts to enhance perception. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to organize periodic marketing webinars with Analysts. Own the program planning, agenda, content and drive it towards success.
Analyst Report Coverage & Positioning: Identify opportunities for participation and ensure successful results in analyst vendor evaluations, such as Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves. Manage incoming analyst requests for information, research review, customer references, and research. Plan our strategy for increasing our perception within the analyst community and improving our position in analyst reports. Collaborate closely with product, customer success and marketing teams to package our products, ensure better customer reviews and build a compelling narrative around ManageEngine. Link regional customers with analysts to solidify our market position.
Strategic Insights: Analyze market trends and dynamics. Carry out competitive research and benchmarking. Craft messaging and positioning, build value propositions and validate corporate and solution positioning with the analysts. Partner with Product Management to prioritize product features, based on Analyst feedback and market trends.
Sales & Marketing enablement: Promote ManageEngine's industry vision and recognitions. Educate the sales, pre-sales and marketing teams about all available analyst reports, industry insights and market trends. Enable and train them on the best ways to leverage these reports. Support and assist ongoing deals and opportunities with analyst research. Apply metrics for program measurement; use data to drive engagement and budget decisions.

Storytelling and passion for building new, differentiated product narratives and stories
Excellent communicator (both written and oral)
A strong team player who can rapidly develop credibility and harness relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to effectively communicate project status, issues and results
Have strong organizational and presentation skills
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
Diligent, Analytical & Attention to Detail:
An eye for detail and the ability to prepare deliverables to high standards of quality.
Strong skills around product analysis, competitive analysis, and understanding market dynamics
Must have the ability to dive deep into product features, competitive capabilities, competitive positioning, analyst reports, scoring criteria, and use cases.
Be comfortable in configuring and demoing products
Influence outcomes and project manage analyst evaluations
Awareness about Enterprise IT Management and Cybersecurity
Qualifications:
Product Management / Product Marketing background
At least 2-5 years of experience with a technology vendor
Degree in technology
Hands-on AR experience is a plus
