WE ARE HIRING Job title: Clinical Assistant / Clinical Associate Department: Pediatrics ( NICU ) Qualifications required: MBBS + MD / DNB / DCH Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: 1 to 3 Years Mandatory - Regional Registration Kindly share CVs on or Whats app on Responsibilities: Ensure standard guidelines and protocols of patient care are followed in the Pediatric Cardiac ICUs and shift Treat patients in Pediatric Cardiac ICU; admit, investigate, perform treatment procedures as applicable as per the approved clinical privileges within the organization during the assigned shift. Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, doctors, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff for management of clinical care across the Pediatric Cardiac ICU units and shift Should triage patients, prioritize admissions and maintain a waiting list to ensure that intensive care will be available to patients who most deserve and are most likely to benefit from intensive care Collate and analyze records, reports, test results and physical examination information to diagnose disease of the patient Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized comprehensive medical care to treat / prevent / limit illness, disease, or injury, identify patients risk status and recommend appropriate intervention to minimize risk.
