The ideal candidate will possess 3- 6 years of experience and contribute to effective BIM modeling and coordination. The role demands proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection as mandatory skills. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory skill) is essential for creating accurate building models and design plans aligned with project specifications. Experience with Navisworks (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage and review 3D models for project insights and improvements. Skilled in clash detection (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless integration between different design elements and preventing construction conflicts. Construction documentation expertise to provide detailed drawings and specifications crucial for the construction phase. Knowledge of landscape architecture is vital for integrating design elements harmoniously within project models. Landscape modeling proficiency to ensure precise representation of natural and built environments in BIM models. Proficiency in AutoCAD to complement BIM modeling with high-quality 2D drafting and detailing. Strong BIM coordination skills to facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and integrate diverse project elements seamlessly. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate BIM models in Revit, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project requirements. Conduct detailed clash detection and coordination tasks using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts before construction. Prepare comprehensive construction documentation and deliverables that meet high-quality standards and project timelines. Collaborate with landscape architects and engineers to integrate landscape elements effectively into overall BIM models. Coordinate with project teams to ensure efficient and seamless information exchange and integrate updates into BIM models. Enhance project efficiency through implementation and management of BIM workflows and processes. Support project design and delivery teams with accurate modeling and data management to ensure project success.
