Position Summary:

As an UI/UX designer within the product strategy team, you will collaborate with product professionals, engineers and architects to develop an outstanding, user centric platform interfaces. The ideal candidate is a visual designer skilled in information design, able to balance practical needs with creating experiences that are stunning in their elegance. The UI/UX designer will be a key leader in optimizing our platform experience. This position is a combination of creative visual design and information architecture.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team to create a clean and elegant UI while maintaining an intuitive and concise UX.
  • Design UI mocks, site flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about UI/UX.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders, the users, the build team and other development partners to implement state-of-the-art user experiences.
  • Perpetually demonstrate expertise UI/UX design both in discussion and practice.
  • Design and manage style guidelines for digital platform.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience on UI/ UX design
  • Collaborate with team to create a clean and elegant UI while maintaining an intuitive and concise UX.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience.
  • Expert in digital platform design practices.
  • Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools. Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator are necessary. Strong CSS/CSS3 and HTML5 Knowledge Required
  • Experience on popular tools like Proto.io, Invision, Figma, Axure, UXPin, Wireframes sketch etc.


Preferred Skills:

Experience is designing user journeys for digital platforms

Demonstrated ability to drive results and consistently meet or exceed challenging deadlines.

  • High interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
