Financial Reporting & Compliance- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS.- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.- Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.2. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.- Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions.- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.3. Technical Accounting & Advisory- Interpret and implement new accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).- Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, etc.- Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.4. Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tax, treasury, and legal.- Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of IND AS, IFRS, and financial reporting frameworks.- Hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and financial modeling.- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
