Position Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Location: Noida

Department: Finance

Experience Required: 4–7 years post-qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS .
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

2. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

3. Technical Accounting & Advisory

  • Interpret and implement new accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, etc.
  • Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tax, treasury, and legal.
  • Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of IND AS , IFRS , and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in FP&A , budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Excel , ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
