This opportunity is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and offers a competitive CTC of ₹5 to 6 lakh per annum. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions across corporate, residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities· Tendering & BOQ: · Preparation and analysis of tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and contracts · Evaluation and negotiation of subcontractor bids Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitoring budgets and controlling project costs Preparing cost plans, cash flows, and financial reports Ensuring financial discipline throughout execution Procurement & Vendor Management: Building and managing a strong vendor and supplier network Procuring quality materials at the best price and ensuring timely delivery Contract Administration: Handling contract negotiations, change orders, and claims Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations Quantity Takeoff & Estimation: Measuring and quantifying materials, labour, and equipment requirements Supporting pricing and estimation for project tenders Site Coordination & Reporting: Conducting regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues Submitting timely cost and progress reports to management Value Engineering & Risk Management: Identifying cost-saving strategies without compromising quality Developing mitigation plans for cost-related project risks Qualifications & Skills· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field · 3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects · Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Quantity Surveying software · Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities · Familiarity with local vendor ecosystem and procurement cycle · Must have own vehicle for site commute Why Join Us?· Work on high-impact, large-scale interior projects · Collaborative team environment with ample growth potential · Exposure to diverse sectors and challenging project scopes How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated resume to with the subject line: Application for QS & Costing Engineer – Interior Fit-out Projects.
