Projem is committed to delivering projects that meet mutually agreed-upon parameters in quality, timelines, and budgets.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated MEP Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in Thrissur. The MEP Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, execution and billing of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for Hospital Building. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with technical standards, bill certification, and managing project timelines. The candidate will work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for on time co-ordination of MEP activities as per design and project schedule, cost, quality & safety in interior field.In-charge for overseeing and managing the execution, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical worksEnsure the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements.Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard.Review consultant’s design and specificationComplete responsibility to decide on day to day work that needs to be carried out by contractors including: scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems.Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.Coordination to architect and MEP consultant and contractorProject planning, Site inspection and site coordinationCertification of contractor’s billingReport preparationEducational Qualification & Experience RequiredCandidate must be B. Tech Electrical/ MechanicalMust have minimum 5 Years Experience Location:Thrissur & KozhikodePay Scale: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
