Position Title: Assistant Analyst, Endpoint Engineer Description: Information Technology at Abercrombie & Fitch is fundamental to designing, sourcing, developing, and delivering fashion-forward merchandise to our customers. As part of our Technology Services team, we ensure that associates have the reliable hardware, software, and support they need to perform at their best. Whether it’s configuring new devices, resolving technical issues, or collaborating across global teams, we strive to deliver friendly, effective service that’s driven by listening to our associates and understanding their needs. Our goal is to create a seamless technology experience that empowers every associate to do their best work. What will you be doing? Provide first and second-level technical support for end-user hardware and software, both in-person (including desk-side support) and remotely via phone or Microsoft Teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, mobile devices, and commonly used software applications (e.G., Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Docker, Adobe Creative Suite). Document all support interactions and resolutions in our incident management system, ServiceNow. Action and resolve incidents escalated from our Level 1 Service Desk team, ensuring timely and effective follow-up. Configure and deploy workstations for new associates, including setup of required hardware and software. Replace or issue new hardware when devices are lost, damaged, or reach end-of-life, and log all assets in ServiceNow’s asset management table. Collaborate with global IT teams in Europe and the U.S. to align with best practices and team standards. Monitor on-hand inventory of IT hardware and initiate orders for new equipment through our procurement partner, ANSR. Partner with peers across offices to diagnose issues, identify trends, and share knowledge in a collaborative and solutions-focused environment. What will you need to bring? Capable of maintaining corporate and job-related confidential information Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac), Incident MGT Systems (ServiceNow/ JIRA), Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, Entra) and Endpoint MGT systems (inTune, JAMF) Familiarity with mobile device hardware and operating systems (iOS/Android) Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a technology support or customer service role
