Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will support the FP&A Manager in providing financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for Corporate Functions. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for Corporate Functions, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Support the development and maintenance of rolling forecasts, providing accurate and timely updates to the FP&A Manager. Gather and analyze relevant data from various departments to support forecasting and planning efforts. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and performance improvement. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key metrics and insights. Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-making. Business Partnering: Collaborate with Corporate Function leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations to support their strategic initiatives. Participate in regular meetings with department heads to review financial performance and address any concerns or opportunities. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring financial considerations are integrated into decision-making processes. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and analysis activities. Assist in driving automation in monthly forecasting and annual planning tasks to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support planning and forecasting efforts. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other external reporting requirements as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate environment. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial planning software (e.G., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus.
