Position:  Liaison Officer – Photonics and Laser Technologies
Location:  Hyderabad, India
Job Description
As a Liaison Officer at PhoQtek Labs, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our company with external stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, building partnerships, and driving business growth. You will leverage your expertise in photonic equipment, advanced technologies, and laser technologies to identify leads, manage relationships, and oversee critical projects.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Government and Regulatory Compliance:
Establish and maintain relationships with government authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits.
Navigate regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance with Indian and international standards.
Facilitate import/export documentation and customs clearances for sensitive materials and advanced components.
Industry and Partner Engagement:
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, consultants, and integrators.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase our cutting-edge products.
Client and Business Development:
Act as a liaison between the company and potential clients, particularly in the defense and aerospace sectors.
Leverage prior experience to identify and pursue leads in photonic equipment, advanced technologies, and laser technologies.
Ensure alignment of client requirements with deliverables and oversee the successful execution of orders.
Project Coordination and Reporting:
Monitor progress on regulatory submissions, certifications, and client deliverables.
Prepare comprehensive records and generate reports for senior management on liaison activities and achievements.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
5+ years in liaisoning or relationship management, preferably in photonics, electronics, or a related industry.
Proven track record of identifying leads and driving business growth in photonic equipment, advanced technologies, and laser technologies.
Semiconductor or advanced technology industry experience is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
Proficiency in managing complex documentation processes.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Technical understanding of photonics and laser technologies is preferred.
