We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Content Strategist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and LinkedIn. This role demands a mix of content creation, digital marketing collaboration, and multimedia skills to maximize our online presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
  • Create and curate high-quality, relevant content for Instagram and other social media channels.
  • Write compelling blog posts and articles for the company website and LinkedIn profile.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design promotional materials and execute campaigns.
  • Monitor and stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Identify and reach out to potential influencers and collaborators to amplify brand reach.
  • Generate creative and shareable memes tailored for social media audiences.
  • Assist in designing visually appealing layouts for landing pages and the company website.
  • Work alongside company executives and interns to ensure brand consistency across content.
  • Draft professional email signatures for all new employees to maintain brand standards.
  • Manage company social media accounts, scheduling and posting content regularly.
  • Leverage videography and Adobe After Effects skills to produce multimedia content that maximizes audience reach and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media content strategy and execution.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to create engaging blogs and articles.
  • Proficiency in videography and Adobe After Effects or similar video editing tools.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to produce fresh, trendy, and relatable social media content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and SEO best practices is a plus.
