E-Commerce Operations Manager
in
Delhi NCR

Looking for a proactive professional with strong
negotiation skills
to manage end-to-end operations, vendor coordination, packaging, and product catalog management.

CTC : 30 to 35k per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations including product catalog, listings, inventory coordination, and order flow.
  • Visit vendors, packaging suppliers, and printers to supervise production, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Supervise packaging design and execution, ensuring premium branding and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for product launches and campaigns.
  • Monitor product performance, track customer feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Manage procurement, cost optimization, and ensure operational efficiency across functions.
