Affiliates Account Manager
to make your mark on this dynamic landscape.Key Tasks:• Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts• Develop strategic plans to develop the performance of managed advertiser affiliate programs• Ensure the proper execution of the tasks entrusted by clients in the management of their affiliate program• First class support, communication, and acquisition of strategic publishers• Independent client management• Regular client reporting and communication• Preparation of sales and competition analysis• Market monitoringResponsibilities:• Manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships on insurance, automotive, E-commerce and B2B sectors.• Create and execute strategy for affiliate programs including recruitment and retention• Affiliate onboarding• Develop and manage monthly affiliate budgets across all brands• Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities, responding to publisher inquiries and drafting communications and newsletters for various campaigns• Work closely with affiliates and develop campaign ideas• Run and analyse reports, give insights and recommend improvements on affiliate activities and on the overall program• Initiate new campaign ideas and placement/exclusiveRequirements• 3-4 years working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network or agency side• Experience with Affiliate Marketing tools like Tune, Trackier, Affise• Experience with analytics software such as Google Analytics• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Data Studio• Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting• Attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of work• Knows how to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners• Exceptional planning and project management skills• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills• Quick learner, creative thinker• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsGet a competitive salary that puts a smile on your faceEnjoy 24 days of holiday each year, and it increases by 1 day every year up to a max of 30 as you keep rocking with usCelebrate your special day with a day of birthday leave just for you️ Take a day off during the summer to enjoy some sunshine.
