Key responsibilities:


Affiliate Search and Recruitment: Identifying and attracting affiliates ready to promote our platform for a percentage of the revenue.

Maintaining and Stimulating Affiliate Activity: Interacting with affiliates to maintain their engagement and motivation.

Optimization and Automation: Identifying and implementing tools for optimizing and automating operations.


Requirements:


  • Experience in sales, affiliate/influencer/community management.
  • Preferred experience in adjacent industries: gambling, betting, online gaming, adult, nutra-industry, vitamins and supplements.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (B1+), additional knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data to improve affiliate performance.
  • Communication and negotiation skills: Effective interaction with partners and the team.
  • Independence and initiative: Developing and proposing own solutions and special projects to enhance affiliate effectiveness.


Additional Criteria:


  • Experience with various marketing channels.
  • Understanding and experience using various traffic acquisition channels (SMM, email, content marketing, affiliate programs and networks).
  • Knowledge of different Graphic Design/Editing Programs (creating banners for the affiliate partners on request).
