Key responsibilities:

Affiliate Search and Recruitment: Identifying and attracting affiliates ready to promote our platform for a percentage of the revenue.Maintaining and Stimulating Affiliate Activity: Interacting with affiliates to maintain their engagement and motivation.Optimization and Automation: Identifying and implementing tools for optimizing and automating operations.

Requirements:

Experience in sales, affiliate/influencer/community management.Preferred experience in adjacent industries: gambling, betting, online gaming, adult, nutra-industry, vitamins and supplements.Proficiency in Hindi and English (B1+), additional knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data to improve affiliate performance.Communication and negotiation skills: Effective interaction with partners and the team.Independence and initiative: Developing and proposing own solutions and special projects to enhance affiliate effectiveness.

Additional Criteria:

Experience with various marketing channels.Understanding and experience using various traffic acquisition channels (SMM, email, content marketing, affiliate programs and networks).Knowledge of different Graphic Design/Editing Programs (creating banners for the affiliate partners on request).
