Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant, International Accounting & Operations to join Foundry’s global accounting team. This hybrid role blends core accounting responsibilities with AR management, offering exposure across the full Order-to-Cash cycle.Based in India, you’ll work closely with teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, supporting month-end close, reconciliations, AR management, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a global environment and contribute to Foundry’s ongoing ERP and process transformation journey.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities across multiple entities.Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for statutory and external audits.Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations — invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer reconciliations.Collaborate with global partners across Sales, Legal, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing or collection issues.Participate in system transformation initiatives (Dynamics 365, automation tools), assisting with testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls, accuracy, and efficiency.Education & Professional CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CA/ICWA (in progress or completed) or MBA preferred.Candidate Profile4–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including exposure to both accounting and AR management.Working knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with local statutory requirements.Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash process and experience working with global or multi-entity organizations.Experience with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365) and finance automation tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and ownership.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across regions and time zones.Adaptable, accountable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, global environment.
