Job Summary:

The Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of the Client’s Continuous Improvement program. This position requires strong project management skills, the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, and the capability to deliver complex improvement initiatives. The Senior CI Specialist will act as a change agent, coaching and developing CI capabilities across the organization while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver complex improvement initiatives as a project manager, collaborating with cross-functional teams across organizational boundaries and geographies. Proactively identify improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops and sessions, and ensure compliance with high-quality standards and group methods.- Establish the Continuous Improvement agenda for a dedicated part of the organization, guiding and supporting local leadership teams. Tailor client’s CI deployment approach to achieve team targets, including benchmarking, framing improvement programs, coaching leaders, CI champions, and project managers.- Coordinate and mentor CI Specialist capability, acting as a mentor for multiple CI Specialists and CI Practitioners. Drive competence development, deliver the Continuous Improvement plan and business objectives, and improve the CI skills and competencies of the team.- Build and develop CI capability in the organization by establishing a network of CI Practitioners across IT. Deliver CI training, emphasize sustainable capability through coaching and learning-by-doing, oversee CI Practitioners' projects, facilitate cross-functional teamwork, and address specific problems/skills gaps.

Qualifications:

- Experienced Lean Master or certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a minimum of 10 years of experience.- Deep and broad hands-on application of CI tools, techniques, and Agile, with a track record of delivering tangible business value.- Proven experience in delivering improvements in complex, multi-cultural global environments.- Strong coaching skills to develop line managers and front-line staff.- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.- Excellent communication and engagement skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.- Ability to deliver work through influence, navigating multiple interfaces and stakeholders.- Ability to create and develop local CI community networks.
