Business Process and Decision Management COE is focused on establishing and rolling out process and decision modelling and automation capabilities for Asset and Wealth Management. In addition to establishing these capabilities, the COE also drives value through implementation of high value initiatives that focus on the automation of business processes and decisions. As a part of extending the automation capability, the team is looking to introduce low code workflow automation capability as part of its offering. This opportunity is for a leader in the space of low code automation to establish the low code strategy and agenda for the team. In this role, you will provide thought leadership and direction to establish the capability and, build / manage a portfolio of high value engagements using the capability. This role will provide a unique opportunity to establish and manage a techno-functional team in collaboration with our technology partners across Asset and Wealth Management.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work with Delivery Leads to implement our client's branding and design systems. You will report and escalate development issues or blockers to management. You will develop an understanding of the Unqork platform and how to achieve desired customer designs. You will support in ensuring technical feasibility as it relates to UX/UI implementation within the Unqork platform

Required Qualification, skills and capabilities:

You have a background in front-end development and can bring UI designs to life using HTML and CSS. You are willing to guide client teams through an array of approaches to solve a design / layout problem. You are an educator. You love to show and tell, and share best practices with internal team members and partner groups. You will bring 3+ years of experience as a Front-end Engineer working within an agency or a consultancy. You will bring technical expertise with HTML & CSS/SASS. You will bring an understanding of Angular/React and JavaScript. You will bring experience with ADA/Accessibility and Compliance. You will bring an understanding of UX/UI design processes. You are motivated by an attuned sense of priority and urgency. You are a problem solver that accounts for the near term solution and the long-term impact. You have an interest in learning everything about Unqork and the no-code space.
